This service suits people who have their upcoming special events like a birthday, hens party, graduation, wedding guest, anniversaries, gender reveal, christening, or any other celebrations.

Terms & Conditions
Once the deposit is paid, meaning you are signing an agreement/contract of the terms & conditions.
ALL PRICES are fixed rate/non-negotiable.
Inclusive of false lashes.
Valid for bookings in the year of 2024/2025.
TRAVEL FEE
Travel and toll fees may be incurred depending on the return distance of travel required.
EARLY MORNING STARTS
Early morning start fee applied before 7:00am
$120.00 — from 4:30am or earlier
$100.00 — from 5:00am-7:00am
CALL OUT FEE
Minimum of 3 people is required for bridal/group bookings.
(ex: Bride + 2 Bridesmaids / Bridesmaid + 2 Family Members / etc.)
It is acceptable to add more people and/or services if it is possible for us to achieve or are able to be acquired.
If you reduce your booking after it has been confirmed, you'll still be charged the original price. This is to compensate for the loss of other bridal parties we had to turn away for the same date.
PAYMENT
30% deposit is required for bridal/group bookings.
Wedding dates are not held under any circumstance without the non-refundable & transferable deposit which is deducted from your total invoice.
Once the deposit is paid, meaning you are signing an agreement/contract of the terms & conditions.
The remaining balance must be paid 3 days before or cash on the day of your booking (Client will be sent an email days before).
If you change the location of the service after the quote has been provided and/or the deposit has been paid, the artist may adjust the travel fee to reflect any increased distance.
If you need us to stay longer due to factors beyond our control (such as someone come late to get their makeup done), we can extend our stay if our schedule allows and In this case, we’ll charge $50 for each additional 30 minutes per artist.
IMAGE / COPYRIGHT
To keep our portfolio current and showcase our work to future brides, we need to use photographs we take for marketing purposes, including on social media and in print.
Please let us know in advance if you do not wish to be photographed or if you are not happy for us to use your images for social media purposes.
CANCELLATION
If an unfortunate event happens and you have to cancel your wedding, please note that all payments made are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to inform and ensure that all relevant parties are aware of our rates and terms of service.
Should someone in your event or wedding/group booking change their mind and cancel at any time they are welcome to be replaced with someone else.
(ex: A guest or relatives)
You will be charged the full amount of the service since the booking duration on the requested date has been specifically allocated to you which results in lost earnings/bookings for us.
Cancellation of any booking must be communicated in writing by email and will only be confirmed upon receipt of this.
LIABILITY
All brushes, tools, and makeup products are sanitised between every makeup application.
Any allergies and/or skin conditions should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application.
By confirming your booking with us, you acknowledge and accept this policy and agree to hold us harmless in the event of such situations. By paying the booking deposit, you confirm that you are legally obligated to adhere to the terms outlined in this document.
HYGIENE
If anyone who is involved in the bridal party are experiencing any contagious illness—such as and not limited to: conjunctivitis/pink eye, eye styes, strep throat, cold sores, open wounds on the face or neck, any eye infections, flu, or any other contagious condition it is crucial that you inform us immediately. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is infectious to ensure the health and safety of everyone involved.
